I have been a Reiki practitioner for over 4 years.

 

Reiki is a gentle and deeply relaxing energy healing therapy that originated in Japan. It works by channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands to the recipient, promoting balance and harmony on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

 

Reiki is also beneficial because it encourages the body's natural healing abilities, reduces stress and anxiety, relieves pain, improves sleep quality, and fosters an overall sense of well-being. It's a non-invasive and comforting way to support your health and enhance your body's innate capacity to heal and find equilibrium.

SOMA Breathwork

SOMA Breathwork is a powerful and transformative practice that combines ancient breathing techniques with rhythmic music, guided meditations and breath retentions. It's designed to optimise your respiratory system, enhance mental clarity, boost energy levels, and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace. Personally, I was drawn to SOMA Breathwork over four years ago when I was struggling with crippling anxiety. Within just a week of my teacher training course, I experienced such a significant reduction in my anxiety levels that I was able to come off my propranolol medication, highlighting the profound and rapid benefits this practice can offer.

Sound Healing

Sound healing is where my personal wellness journey began over five years ago, and it holds a profoundly precious place in my heart. The transformative power of sound continues to amaze me. Working with my collection of crystal tones bowls and three gongs allows me to create soundscapes that resonate deeply, promoting relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of profound inner peace. The vibrations gently wash over you, encouraging the body's natural ability to heal and restore balance, making it a truly beautiful and nurturing experience.
