With a family member in the public eye, I understand the difficulties faced by those who are looking for holistic services who will maintain diplomacy and confidentiality. Having worked in HR for nearly 10 years being privy to sensitive and private information is not new to me. I can assure all of my clients of the utmost confidentiality.

My career in HR also means I have a great understanding of wellbeing in the workplace and I offer corporate onsite days for fully-paid-for or subsidised staff treatments and corporate group events such as sound baths and group breathwork.
