What a whirlwind of a year it's been! As I prepare to delve into the depths of Spinal Energetics Level 2, I find myself filled with a sense of nervousness, if I am honest, as I know that Level 2 involves more complexities and can require deep integration.

A year ago, I was barely scratching the surface of this profound modality, and now, I stand on the edge of the next new chapter, which feels less scary than the jump I made out of corporate to focus on this work full-time - so I know I have got this!!

Reflecting back on this past year, I'm struck by the growth and transformation I've experienced personally and professionally. Spinal Energetics Level 1 laid the foundational groundwork, introducing me to the intricate connections between the spine, nervous system, and our energetic well-being. I learned to perceive subtle energy, facilitate releases, and empower individuals on their path towards self-discovery and healing. The more I have slowed down, the more I can feel and trust my intuition.

Throughout this past year, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique challenges but it is very interesting to observe similarities between all of us.

It is so difficult to make Spinal Energetics outcomes tangible but seeing women feel 'themselves' again, or back into their 'window of tolerance' time and time again as all I need to see.

The differences between Spinal Energetics Level 1 and Level 2 are quite profound. They say Level 1 is working through the mud of this life, whereas Level 2 is more of a spiritual experience. It explores advanced principles of energy anatomy, intricate spinal mechanics, and sophisticated methods for addressing deep-seated imbalances.

Specifically, Level 2 introduces more nuanced techniques for working with the various spinal segments, the intricate network of nerves, and the subtle energy centres. It offers a deeper understanding of the relationships between physical ailments, emotional experiences, and energetic patterns, empowering practitioners to facilitate more targeted and transformative work - and whilst nervous, I cannot wait to learn more.

So... I'll see you on the other side! If you are interested in learning more about Spinal Energetics just drop me a message for my free guide.
